Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

A product may be eligible for return or exchange only when it meets the applicable conditions specified below.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you must contact Tarabyaji within 1 day of delivery (only if the product is damaged) to request a return or exchange.

Products must generally be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with the original packaging
• Returned with tags, labels, and accessories, where applicable
• Free from scratches, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or other signs of use

The following may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been worn or used.
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• Products with scratches or other signs of use.
• Products exposed to perfume, chemicals, water, or other substances.
• Products altered or repaired by the customer or a third party.
• Products returned without original packaging where such packaging is required.
• Products specifically marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
• Products returned after the applicable return period.

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photographs of the product received
• Photograph of the packaging or shipping label
• A clear description of the issue

After verification, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

If a product arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs or an unboxing video to assess the condition of the product.

After verification, Tarabyaji may offer:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Refund

depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

Returns and exchanges due simply to a change of mind will be subject to the eligibility conditions of this policy.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Please check the product page before purchasing.

Where exchange is available:

• The replacement product must be of an eligible category.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• If the replacement product has a higher price, you may be required to pay the difference.
• If the replacement product has a lower price, the applicable difference may be handled according to our refund process.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

Where a return is approved, Tarabyaji will inform you about the return process.

Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping may be:

• Paid by Tarabyaji; or
• Payable by the customer.

For products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged before or at delivery, Tarabyaji will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement after verification.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where applicable, the refund may exclude:

• Non-refundable shipping charges
• COD charges, if applicable
• Other charges expressly identified at the time of purchase

No deduction will be made where prohibited by applicable law.

If the returned product does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, Tarabyaji may reject the return or exchange request.

The product may be sent back to you, and applicable shipping charges may be payable by you.

Fashion and anti-tarnish jewellery can be affected by prolonged exposure to moisture, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, and chemicals.

Normal changes caused by wear, chemical exposure, or improper storage may not qualify as manufacturing defects or as grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
